Therefore, the valve protective sleeve is an indispensable insulation method in industrial production. The main functions of the valve protective sleeve can be roughly divided into the following four categories: 1. Maintain the internal temperature type, maintain the internal temperature of the insulated body, so that the internal heat energy does not exchange with the external heat (convection, radiation, transmission). Ensure the necessary production temperature, greatly utilize the internal heat, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. 2. Prevent external heat radiation, prevent strong external heat radiation, so that external heat can not be transferred to the insulation body, affecting the normal working temperature of the insulation body, and even damage equipment, components, instruments, etc. 3. Antifreeze to prevent external low temperature from affecting the internal working temperature of the insulator. Mainly used for pipelines, equipment, instruments, instruments of antifreeze process stability, the use of materials and the form of thermal insulation clothing according to site requirements. In order to meet the production process conditions or prevent low temperature and antifreeze, it is necessary to actively provide heat sources for equipment and pipelines. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the insulation cover of the valve to maintain a certain temperature to meet the temperature requirements of the process and equipment operation.
